As a matter of fact, I’ve lived here my entire life and know it like the back of my hand. This has been a great benefit and asset to all of the people I’ve been fortunate to serve over the years. I really enjoy Listing and Selling homes, and servicing clients in the same neighborhoods I grew up in.

I am very familiar with most neighborhoods as well as the local school districts. Heck, I probably know exactly where the district boundary lines are drawn from school to school. If you have children or plan to have one in the future, this may very well be one of the most important things for you when you buying your first or next home. Obviously, it’s advantageous to have an agent that understands the importance of school districts, and their respective boundary lines.
The longer I pursue my career as an extraordinary real estate agent, the more I realize how much knowledge I have compared to other agents in the industry. Clients regularly compliment me on this knowledge, and tell me it’s refreshing. I’m certain that when we talk, you’ll feel the same.

In 2013 & 2014 I was honored and very fortunate to receive the coveted “Grand Master’s Award” from the Bay East Association of Realtors. I’m only one step away from receiving the “Pinnacle” which is the highest award for top production one can receive in this profession. I was honored to receive this award 2 years in a row, since only the top 8% of the 3,500 agents in the East Bay Area receive it.
