He provides a “prep to sell” service where he and his team handle all the home updating to get the home ready to sell. " I posted this review on Yelp, but I'm repeating it here because Fohl & Hernandez are as good as it gets and everyone needs to know it. This is a difficult review to write. Why? Because there just aren't enough superlatives to describe the excellence of Fohl & Hernandez. And not just Les and Brenda, but their entire organization. They, along with Mirella and Marissa were a joy to work with. We were in the unenviable position of having to sell our folks' house after our mom passed away. The last time I sold a house was almost 30 years ago, so I had no real recollection of what to expect. It didn't matter, though. Along with being real estate virtuosos, Les and Brenda are kind and caring people who do an outstanding job of holding their clients' hands. They walked us through every step of the process, never tired of answering every question we had, and provided us with expert advice that resulted in the house being sold for a surprising amount of money. The house was far from a palace, but Les and Brenda treated it like one and were very thoughtful regarding the pride my folks had in their home. Just amazing. I don't know how many more real estate transactions I have left in my lifetime, but I do know this. Whether you're a buyer or a seller, you couldn't possibly have anyone better than Fohl & Hernandez representing you. I guess you have to be a little suspicious of reviews that are all positive. So here's one negative: If you're a dog lover, prepare to have your heart broken. You'll fall in love with Journey and want to take her home, but Les won't let you :-{ - 09/2020 "

" Amazing results, stellar client service, impeccable communication and support for years to come… These are just a few thoughts that come to mind when reflecting on our recent experience with Fohl Realty & Investments. From the moment we decided we were going to put our family’s beloved home on the market, I knew I wanted to see what the infamous “Les Fohl” had to offer as a realtor. After living in the Hayward Hills for the past 10 years and seeing their company logo up and down our neighborhood on many “For Sale” signs, I felt compelled to see why others were selecting this company over others. As with any life-changing decision, the process had its stressful moments, but when it came down to the sale, we ended up hitting our magic number and his team was able to negotiate all the circumstances we needed to happen before our new home would be move-in ready. After working with Les on the sale of our family’s first home, I can say we made the BEST decision to go with his team. His realtors and staff were always responsive, kept us in the loop on all decisions, and always had our best interest in mind and that is priceless!
