We worked with Mirella to sell and buy our home. It was a smooth experience on both cases. Given that we had no idea that there would be a shelter in place order go into affect just a few weeks after we had accepted an offer, Mirella was able to accommodate us with all that needed to be done. We knew would have a better offer if staged and repainted. She was able to find people within our price point to come and do all the work. We were lucky that she was able to show our condo the month before SIP, so that helped us a lot with the selling.
It didn't take super long to sell so that meant we were able to start looking for a new home soon. The SIP was at its strictest by when we sold so it prevented us from going in to look at places. Non the less, if we were interested in something, Mirella was always available to get reports for us to look over and to answer our questions. When we were finally able to physically look at places, Mirella handled everything very professionally and safely. We always had masks and she always scheduled appointments for us. My husband and my schedule would vary so sometimes we would need to look at houses in the morning or after 5. Again, Mirella was always available. She was very honest in regards to how the market works and I think that's what we liked the most. When we finally found something in our price point, Mirella worked with us and the seller and made things super smooth. We were lucky to have our offer accepted and all paperwork was done online. We really appreciate all that Mirella and her firm did to help us find our home. We would definitely recommend Mirella to our family and friends.
